I bought this brace to support a massive rotator cuff tear in the right shoulder. With the brace, I can reach high and across with less pain. I got size S/M and it fits very well. The bamboo fabric is smooth and comfortable.

A painful shoulder does more than ache. Little by little, it shrinks the list of things you're willing to try.
The top shelf becomes off-limits. You sleep on one side only, and you're jolted awake at 3 a.m. whenever you turn over the wrong way.
Most braces only add to the trouble: neoprene that overheats the joint before noon, stiff frames that press into the skin, straps that twist the second you move.
Before long it's forgotten in a drawer and you're right back at square one. Compresfit was designed to solve exactly that.

The knit wraps the shoulder cap and the joint in soft, even pressure — focused where it matters instead of squeezing down the arm like most sleeves do.
That focus is what calms the stiffness and dull ache as soon as you put it on, without the tight band that leaves your hand numb.
With a sore shoulder, the weight of your arm tugs on the tendon from morning to night — with every reach, every lift and every hour spent at a desk.
Compresfit shares part of that weight so the joint isn't left hanging. The result: more space in the joint and less strain on the tendon.
It leaves your hand and wrist untouched, so typing, driving and reaching all happen with the brace on.

The usual brace is neoprene — the same fabric as a wetsuit, made to keep warmth and sweat pressed against you. Fine for cold water, awful on a shoulder after an hour.
Compresfit uses a bamboo charcoal knit. It moves moisture away instead of trapping it, adjusts as your body heats up or cools down, and stays fresh after many wears.
That's why it's still on your shoulder by evening instead of sitting in a drawer.
Soft braces tend to twist, creep up or slip down — usually right when you reach above your head or turn over in bed. A single adjustable strap anchors this one, so it stays put as you move.
Adjust the tension a single time while putting it on — after that, it simply stays. There is no frame, nothing buckles, and you never need to retighten it.

Targeted compression. Soft, even pressure around the shoulder joint supports the area and helps blood move through it.
Increased circulation. The compression keeps the joint warm and boosts circulation to nearby tissue, bringing oxygen-rich blood in — which is why the shoulder feels looser instead of stiffer.
Worn consistently. Support only helps while it's on. Since it breathes, doesn't slip and doesn't dig in, it's easy to keep wearing — exactly where most braces let you down.
One sleeve, two roles. Most wearers end up using it for both.

Let your arm hang loose and measure around the bicep — that's the number that sets your size. When chest and bicep disagree, the bicep wins.

I love it for sleeping it helps me to sleep.
My shoulder still is painful but it helps from moving it too much. I need a shoulder reverse replacement.
Very comfortable, not hot. Once I got used to wearing it, night and day, now I can't sleep without it.
It helps me to move about, only I think I ordered a little smaller but this will do and I am happy deciding to order it.

It’s early days yet but so far I’m very happy with the quality, fit and comfort.
I think the shoulder braces I bought have been helping get more blood flow to my shoulder joint and rotator cuff.
This is an improvement over other shoulder braces I've tried, and I have been sleeping in it most nights.
Very well made. Perfect fit.

The compression sleeve has made a huge difference in my pain level.
I just got it yesterday and I worn it during the night. Very comfortable.

The strap under my arm is annoying.
I need to use one on both shoulders so find them difficult to get the straps across.
